Waiver of Liability

I am aware that my participation in the activities conducted by Brian Cline and SailorSkills.com is physically demanding and involves certain risks and dangers, including potential injury to my person and property. I acknowledge that I am aware of and assume these risks and wish to enroll in training. In consideration of Brian Cline and SailorSkills.com accepting me for training, I agree to assume full responsibility for any loss, injury, or inconveniences that I (or any minor on whose behalf I am signing this release) might suffer as a result of participation in training. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brian Cline and SailorSkills.com and its agents and employees from any and all liability, claim, and causes of action based upon the actions of Brian Cline and SailorSkills.com and other participants in the training. I also agree that the terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for my heirs, executors, administrators, and all my family members. I state that, except as stated in the application above, I am free of any medical and physical condition which might create undue risk to myself or others who might depend on me in the training. I understand and agree that Brian Cline and SailorSkills.com may use any photographs or video taken of me during this course for marketing purposes.
